DropSpace Privacy Policy

Processing Consumer Data

Customer acknowledges and agrees that DropSpace processes Consumer Data on behalf of Customer. Where required by applicable data protection legislation, Customer will inform third parties of such processing and ensure that any required third parties have provided consent.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to make available an appropriate privacy policy to each consumer that interacts with DropSpace Platform Services or with services provided by DropSpace Providers. At a minimum, that policy must:

  1. Disclose Customer's privacy practices to consumers engaging with DropSpace services.
  2. Identify the collection and use of information gathered in connection with DropSpace Platform Services or services provided by DropSpace Providers.
  3. When collecting personally identifiable information that will be shared with DropSpace or a DropSpace Provider, notify consumers of that transfer and provide any required opt-in or opt-out mechanism.

DropSpace Providers

If Customer transmits personally identifiable information to DropSpace or a DropSpace Provider, Customer's privacy policy must explicitly disclose the practice and offer the appropriate consent controls required under applicable law. DropSpace and any DropSpace Provider shall not be liable for any inaccuracies within Customer's privacy policy or any liability resulting therefrom.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings ascribed to them in the Customer's agreement with DropSpace.
